get this over with? I am low-income and I cannot afford all the expenses.Also are there any websites that can help me out.We also have two kids and the arrangements cannot be made due to that he is in jai.
 
check what the laws are in Tenn - (how long he has to be in prison before you can do this) they are available on the net

then - to to Office Max - or Staples and see if they have the "do it yourself" divorce forms -
if not get them off the net -
fill them out - and take them to the county courthouse and file them -
there will be a fee - not much - Vermont is $75
