How can I feed my fish while I'm gone?

I'm leaving for a week starting this friday. Is there any way I can make sure my fish wont die while I'm gone?

I have a ten gallon with live plants. 5 harlequin rasboras, 1 dwarf gourami, 4 ghost shrimp, 1 apple snail. Thanks everyone :)
