how can i explore the world wide web without filtering?

in my country Iran governments banded some political ans sexual website . how can i explore this web site in this situation . in iran we have not credit cart for buying VPN services or other product? is ther any free way for my problem ? any usefull software better that Ultra self or freegate? . have any body some proxy server or some thing like that? tank you
