i went to hot air balloon festival in pampanga to hopefully ride atleast the hot air balloon but unfortunately the slots are full. right there and then i said to myself i really want to do that. but i wont be covering my ignorance in this, im really clueless how can i get myself to fly one. do i need to enroll myself in training schools or institution to be able to learn it, do i need to get a license first? can i get myself a personal paraglider or paramotor that i can use personally without the supervision of the experts? do i need to have an aviation academic background first?
how can i experience paragliding or paramotoring in the phils?
