I was watching a video of a "smart as*" or some may say an educated person.
The officer was trying to get him to show ID but he refused to show ID by using state laws of why he didnt have to show ID.
Basically i want to know how can i be educated about laws and the rights i have as a citizen? such as when im pulled over by a COP, what rights do i have? what rights dont i have? i hear cops cant search your car unless you give them permission or probably cause for them to search?
i dont need to know the answer to that, im just wondering where can i read about laws and the rights i have?
i want to be educated, i dont want to be a fool and harassed by cops.
I live in CALIFORNIA if that makes a difference.
