I want to edit my photos so I can make my clothes flash and change the colour of my eyes. Does anyone know any free programmes where I can do this? Ive been searching everywhere, but cant seem to find any! Thanks x
Download the free trial to Photoshop CS4 and you can change the colour of your eyes by editing the hue/saturation and make your skin tone better etc and if you set it to animation you can do the top flashy thin, if you need any help with it, email me [email protected]
