how can I download ringtones on my t mobil cell?

Well it depends on what type of phone. I've had t mobile for 3 years and had several phones. here are some options- Record a voice note and send it to yourself, open the message and save the content then set as ringtone. You can also use T-zones (which you have to pay for:( ) or if your phone can use internet try Myxer.com, free ringtones and it's a safe sight,,,, no viruses (:
