How can I download flash games to my PSP?

can i do it from my pc to a usb cable then my psp? or can i just go on my psp internet and download it there..but where do i download it? i went to psponme.com and they dont have anything .. they just have sites that are supposed to have flash games..unless you can tell me where to go on the website..what's the easiest way to get flash games on my psp?
 
try playstation store but of course u have to pay its the only legal way to put a game on psp there's another way but its about piracy
