how can i download adobe flash player in my psp for watching videoes on internet?

hi friends, before a mounth i buy a psp,i can use net on it but i can't watch videoes on youtube.i found psp's flash player but i m unsussesful.
is there any flash player or other way to watch videoes on youtube with my psp.
i will wait 4 the best answer.
 
Uhhh... PSP browser can't look at youtube because it doesn't support those video files...

Unless your PSP is homebrew (cracked), then you won't be able to download a program that works in converting the video files to make it playable.
