How can i do a good oral presentation without getting embarrased!?

I have a oral presentation, my infor is all done, but i get really embarrased wen i talk infront of a huge crowd, especially if its something i dont want to do. Like if i had to sing, id be fine
but orals that are boring about work, and how i have to remember i just get a brain freeze. what should i do?
and dont say imagine the audience naked!
 
preparation is everything. really know your subject inside and out. This will give you the confidence to stand up and know that you could answer any question on the subject. If given the chance, choose a subject that you are already very passionate about. Lots of people use powerpoint to help with presentations but this has been done to death. If possible, think outside the box. I had to do a presentation on domestic violence so for my supporting media I did a stop-motion video using my daughter's fisher-price little people. It was really weird but the response from the audience was amazing. This gave me lots more confidence for when I needed to talk in between clips.
