my experience with diversity? I don't understand what cultural awareness is so I need help with that part of the question. I want to include that I am mixed race: African American and Mexican/ Central American.
 
Cultural awareness is being aware of, and understanding towards other cultures and people.

Example: Not touching an Arab person with your left hand, as they find it to be very rude. A culturally UNAWARE person might make the mistake of using the left hand, and thus offend the person.
 
Figure out who your audience is, narrow your subject down to specific points, do some research, include personal experience, decide the issues and possible resolutions
