How can I disable voice control completely? iOS 5/iPhon 4

I don't need it at all, and it always comes up! is there anyway to disable it completely? not only just voice over and voice dail, I want the iphone to do nothing when the home button was pressed more than 2 second.
Please please help!

Go to icon activation next go to home button reset un check mark that mean you disable voice control and voice dial

Settings>general>Passcode Lock>turn voice dial off.
