...send an email to most but not all? Example: person A sends me an email that i want to forward on to Category1 that includes Persons A - Z. However, i want to exclude the original person on the forward (Person A) and maybe also exclude persons B-G without permanently removing anyone from the category. It use to be that you were able to copy and paste all email addresses in the category and manually delete a few after the paste.
 
you can just put in the ones you want or you can paste and delete it depends on what you want to do. its simple and easy to do. just takes time if you are doing that you can also make a group with the ones you are sending to only after its sent.
