how can i delete this 'thumbs.bd' folder in my flash drive?

when i try to delete it, there appears:Cannot delete con: Cannot find the specified file.
Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.
though i can see nothing in the folder but it does take up space.
it's just annoying to see it, my other usbs don't have it.
will it affect my other files?
