Throughout the week, I usually deal with many emotional ups and downs, and this is really starting to bother me. For example, monday and tuesday will be great days for me, in which everything will go just great due to the fact that I will feel very happy, even euphoric at times: my social interactions will flourish, I will really talk intimately and comfortably to the girl I like etc.
The problem is that when things seem to be going great, I will experience a sort of comedown, and the next day I will feel really depressed, to say the least. This, in turn, will make my social interactions akward, since I will not have the motivation and resulting confidence of the previous dfays . I will waste opportunities and attractions that I may have previously created with my better mood.
I feel really annoyed when I'm told that these things are normal amongst teenagers because it makes me feel hopeless, and one thing I do not want is to resign myself to feeling like this. Is there anything at all that I can do?
