Dispute with TalkTalk - supposed to connect phone & broadband 2nd October 2007, they didn't.
I've called various departments, e-mailed them, & wrote into various people - now up to CEO's office.
At this point they STILL haven't had acknowledge the problem let alone try to help...half my letters went 'missing', the other half I get a reply claiming they tryied to contact me (hard job without a phone line) & telling me if I don't contact them back in 5 working days (not long enough when sending letters) they will close my "complaint". I've told them what needs done - remove all charge, update credit file, close line without charge, say sorry.
They promised me at one point they'd hold collections action...they didn't, I'm now with a collection agency.
I'm going through Otelo about TalkTalk but in the mean time what do I do about the collections agency on my back?
