the list of tables? I am currently writing on a research paper, and I have already written most of it it in Word 2007 (docx file), therefore I want to keep it in Word 2007. Now, my problem is that I have a cover page, a list of references, and a list of tables in the beginning of the paper that I want to exclude from the page number counting. In other words chapter 1. Introduction should be referred to with page number 1, but currently Word is automaticaaly referring to it with page number 5 as it also count the cover page etc. as actual pages... How can I format the text or change the settings to correct this?
