Okay, so I am making yet another AMV. I want to have a picture of Hatsune Miku where I can scroll down her body.
Basically a gif picture.
I have no clue where to start. The only thing that it MUST be is free.
I am using WMM(Windows Movie Maker). Make sure it's compatible please.
