How can I correct Panasonic DVD player remote intereference problem?

I have Panasonic dmp-bd605 (bluray) and dmr-ez48v(DVD recorder). They both work great, but everytime I use the remote to turn on or control one unit then the other unit will turn on too and doing the samething. Please help me fix this problem because it is really annoying.
