How can I cook ribs on a small grill?

so my mom bought some ribs thinking we can just cook it
but i think it would be kind of hard to cook ribs on our tiny weber grill
how can i cook it? small tray of water and lit coals an unlit coals to cook it slow?
 
If you have an oven, do this:

Grill the ribs on the weber, front and back, for around 5 minutes per side: they will get the "outdoors" flavor.

Finish them in a 350 oven for 20-30 minutes.
