i say its 79.99 WITH 2 years of talking she says no cause she does month by moth what is it to much mola she says
 
ask her why.
don't whine though!
try to barter with her.
if its to much money, then ask for a cheap phone with like 250 texts a month. or a family plan.
also, she might believe that they cause tumors. say that you can use headphones or bluetooth!
remember, adults ALWAYS have a reason for saying "no"!!
