I want to run a stereo signal from my laptop to a mono pa system. I need a cheap way to convert the stereo sound to mono before it is fed into the pa system.
I have tried stereo to mono plugs from the local radio shack. It doesn't work. From what I've seen online I'd have to solder something myself or buy an expensive mixer with a"mono" output switch.
What I want to do is simple but I can't seem to find what I need anywhere.Any dj's or home recordists I'd appreciate your help!
