how can i Control my mood swings caused by mirena coil IUD ?

since i had the mirena coil inserted i started to get angry for any simple reason feel that i cant bear anything from my children if they get a bit naughty i start to shout ,i cant be as calm as i was before is there any herbs ,tea anything that i can do just to calm me down
 
I am getting mine removed tomorrow, I have had more down swings than angry with the Mirena.
But I am getting mine removed due to a 30lb weight gain & health issues that I have developed due to it.

Mirena is not "the wonderful carefree" form birth control it was made to sound to be. =(
 
sorry i cant answer your question, but i would just like to see the answers you get and let you know that you are not alone, i have been experiencing this side effect as well as some others.
