I eat well, but just eat too much. I'll sometimes eat 2-3 granola bars or 3 cheese sticks a day without really noticing. Or four pieces of wheat toast for breakfast. Just things like that. I find myself going to the kitchen for absolutely no reason. I stop and think, "I'm not really hungry." Yet, I jump for any food in sight. How can I control my eating? I really want to lose a few pounds before school starts next month. I've started a 45 minute workout routine that I do four times a week, but I know I need to eat well first. Thank you so much!
