How can I contact Mazda Motors in Japan?

I have a great idea that I want to share with Mazda. How can I contact them directly in Japan? I would like to talk with someone that's interested in development.

Or they would just not care about me or my idea and I'll keep my idea just to me...?

P.S. I don't speak Japanese.
