how can I contact Bob Johnson Chief Service officer with Sprint?

I am really angry with Sprint right now. I bought a new EVO (love the phone) with plans to cancel my year old data card in October (EVO has wifi for up to 8 computers.) I am no longer using the Data connection card and today when I called to inquire at the date I can cancel the data card, They said I could not cancel until 2012 unless I pay the $200 fee. This is not what I was told when I got the phone. I remember having a conversation about canceling the Data connection card with the person who sold the phone and asking specifically about this and they said wait till October. Customer no service was no help. After talking to 5 CS people there is nothing they can do. Nothing they could do!!! Are you kidding me? The are one of the largest communication companies around and they do this to a customer who has been loyal for years. The selling point on this phone for me was the wifi anywhere function and I was planning on that service in October when my data card plan expired, I ask specifically about this when I bought the phone and was told I could cancel in October at the end of the contract.I have never yelled at a customer service person on the phone until today. That angers me more that I was moved to that. As much as I love my phone, I am ready to pay the $200 per line ($400) to get out of my contract and go with ATT and the Iphone.
