How can I connect two bluetooth headsets to call of duty black ops for online play?

I can hear on my headset and also speak but my friend cannot hear or speak on the online play.
both bluetooth headsets are connected to the console but they don't both connect to call of duty black op. if someone could give me a tutorial on how to hook it up that would be awesome.
