I use to connect my phone to laptop for transferring my pictures to PC, After reinstalling my windows, when I install the pc suite (it is the right one for my phone), when I run the program and click on "click here to connect a phone" all the options (blue tooth, cable and infra red) are blocked. Bluetooth button is alos on and I can connect my phone to the computer by bluetooth but pc suite does not work.
