Ive already connected the laptop to the tv but it just gives me a screen that says no signal. Is there something i have to do in the control panel or is my computer a piece of garbage
Well you need to choose signal source on your tv to VGA and than you need to change it in display settings in control panel. Difficult to tell you like this.
