How can I complain about the customer service of Toyota car agent. I need

e-mail of HQ in Japan.? I have problem with the car agent in Saudi Arabia. I want to purchase a car. I bring a bank certified check addressed to the agent. They want to not only the stub, but also the bank form that I requested the money order. They wanted to keep them, although they are for my own record from the bank. I cancelled the deal, The alternative is to bring them over US$25,000 in CASH.
I mean certified/ cashier check form the bank is not recognized, I don't know what well!!!
