I want to change the color of the orange flashing that occurs in the icon on the taskbar when a window wants your attention (e.g. someone IMs you). Orange just doesn't go with my theme. I'm fine with hacking the registry. I did that to change the color of all of my progress bars. I just can't even find the images that I need to change. How can I do this (and yes, I'd be really happy if it also changed the orange color of newly installed programs in the start menu, though I *think* they are different shades, which implies that they're totally separate). It's Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit and I am the admin of it and have things like reghack.
