How can i change the name on the radio screen of my car?

I have a Nissan Altima 2007 and on the radio it says " no information" i was wondering if you can change that to put any name that you want on it. also when i put a c.d of my choice the name comes out like the name of the album how do i get to do that when im burning one of my own?
