You cannot. You must capture the absolutely best image in the camera ... any mistakes made during the exposure cannot be fixed later in a photo program
The resolution (not the pixel count, nor the sensor size, nor the lens, nor the analog to digital processor ... but all four) is part of the determination of your image quality .. the other is the way you use your camera ... using good camera skills to avoid camera movement (especially if you do not have a viewfinder and have to compose holding your camera at arms length).
There is a program that can help, but it probably costs more than your camera ($300). It is the DXO program and it must be used in conjunction with your $700 Photoshop program

So, you can see the best case is to get it all in the camera.
