How can I change the language of the GPS on Toyota Allion 2003 from Japanese to English?

I don't know Japanese or Chinese.

How can I change the language of the GPS on Toyota Allion 2003 from Japanese to English?

The built in GPS of the car came with Japanese or Chinese language. As I completely don't understand these language, I want to change it to ENGLISH.
