How can I change the download limit on my BB Bold 9700?

I need to dowload a script for my phone so that I can "tether" for internet on my laptop via my blackberry. However, my phone will not download the script it says "file too large". What can I do about this? Thanks.


P.S In am new to being a bb owner so please be precise. Thanks.
