How can I change my SAT testing center at the last minute?

I looked up on colleboard and it said I can contact SAT Program Customer Service. BUT they didn't put up the contact #. Can someone tell me the phone# for SAT Program Customer Service.

1. I need the contact #.
2. Would changing the test center 4 days left of the test work?
