how can i change my IP address? it is 169?

a 169.254 address is an apipa address, means it can't connect to the router to get its ip address via dhcp.

So its possibly the WEP WPA settings?
 
well. have ipod touch and i try to connect it using wifi but i can't , i can't use youtube , itunes etc. .. i can open the safari but it appears only a small bar and it says connecting but still i can't connect , what should i do? i search a lot of info about that and it says that i should change my IP address 169 to 192 but i dont know how , somebody help me please . tnx
