I no nothing about web design, but want to do it myself, so how can I build a website that millions of people can access? I want it to be rich in content and color without looking cheap and slow. What are my options?
Befriend someone who knows how to. Seems like a lame answer, but now a days there are actually lots of people out there who can build a really nice website.
