detailed clear answers! thnx! me and my friend thought it would be fun to build a den. we are kind of old for this but what the hell! we spent our mispent youth trying to be grown up. ahhh wateva we want to build a den in some newly grown trees, they are smallish and spidly. we have so far sortof twined the branches around each other etc and have made some matts for the floor, if anyone can think of any good and cheap ideas they would be much apreciated p.s it is in a publicish field so it cant be too big and cant be seen. also it has to withstand pretty harsh weather + be water proof and if possible snake proof because we keep almost stepping on adders...ahhh (and big scary beatles) so if u can think of a good adder and beatles repelant wuld be much abliged! oh yeh idealy windproofish and like i said hidden so the school kids dont trash it, gawd im probs too old for this but WATEVA!tis gd place to get away from the world. also a good way to cut brambles + grass without mower. posible to grow flowers under trees?
