How can I block someone from calling/texting me? I have an enV touch verizon phone.?

This guy keeps texting me and I have no clue who he is! he is making remarks about my butt and saying very dirty stuff. I am actually very scared of him right now. Because I don't know if he has any clue where I live or what thanks.
