How can I become good at drawing?

Ok I am becoming frustrated with my efforts at drawing, nothing seems to come out good. And I only have 2 drawing books but they aren't the best. I like drawing Anime/Manga style mostly but other styles are good to. Here are a few examples of art I want to be capable of, or something similar.

(Sorry I know it's a lot of links) Please help, any tips, websites that would help, or books.
My favorite one is the first on of Marluxia, if that helps any.
I cant post my own stuff, I have no way of getting it on to a comp, i need a scanner first, and a DA account
