how can i become better at drawing cartoons?

its just that ever since i was about 5 i have allways been a big fan of pokemon (not the program the art in it) and i have allways imagind myself beening a cartoonist like that

i am pretty good at drawing cartoons but i am not the best, there are loads of people in y class who are better then me but i want to be the best

so do any of you have any good ideas on how i become a better artist please tell me
