how can i become a us army or marine sniper?

First, worry about making it into the military itself.

1st class on PFT
20/20 vision corrected
Infantry MOS
100+ score on GT
Volunteer
No history of mental illness
Expert on marksmanship test

Those are just SOME of the things you need to even qualify. It's not like the movies. It's basically hell. You stay quiet for days, staying still, moving slowly, you have to remain hidden and blend in with your environment, shit your pants, provide recon, it's not fun. Shooting is just part of the experience.
 
Focus on getting into the Army first.

Go 11X (Infantry Enlistment Option) and hopefully get placed into 11B (Infantryman). Then hopefully do well on your Marksmanship, and then hopefully impress your unit who will hopefully in a several years and several tours later recommend you for Sniper School.

Then hopefully you pass.
