my parents didn't have a loving relationship. i didn't receive much love either. i moved out of my mother's house when i was twelve. i have boyfriend now and i find it hard to say sweet things to him. he doesn't know much about my background, i don't even know if that's the reason i'm like this, but i want to be able to be open and loving. it's all really weird to me though, i get really nervous when i try it. it's also hard because it's a long distance relationship. is there anything i could do to be more comfortable?
how can i be more emotionally intimate?
