If you mean you're getting another iPhone...
You have all your Apps/Music etc kept in iTunes on the computer, so when you plug in your new iPhone, you will have all your stuff on it.
If you want it exactly the same, if you go into the preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac or Edit > Preferences on Windows), if you go to Devices, your iPhone backup file should be there.
So, when you connect your new iPhone, you might be able to use that back-up file for it.
