Depends on your sink. But you should be able to unscrew the little screen at the end of the faucet. When I had a waterbed back in the day, there was this little plastic adapter i got from the waterbed store. One end screwed into the faucet (after you unscrew the screen) and the other end was designed to have a hose screwed on it.

Not sure if regular stores or hardware stores would sell it, but def check a place that sells waterbeds, they should have it.

there is a device called "Water Weasel" that is designed to do the very thing you want to do. It slips over the end of the faucet and a garden hose connects to it.

You can get it at most camping and RV stores. It's primary purpose is to connect a hose to a faucet or drinking fountain in camp grounds.

Caution though, it won't hold pressure. If you put a spray nozzle or shut off valve on the end of the hose, the water weasel will blow off of the faucet.

you can remove the diffuser/aerator from the faucet add an adapter for a garden hose. Purchase at your local hardware store
