This is such a problem. Before I knew my current job was in jeopardy (due to the housing market) I already made plans for several days this summer. I have 3 weddings to attend, I'm throwing a bridal shower, and I have a christening to go to. Out of all of those, two of them I MUST have off for (the shower and one of the weddings). How do I go about asking for time off before I've even been hired? Do I ask as soon as I get the offer for the job? Do I ask during the interview? I just want it to be known that this will not be a regular occurance; it's just that everyone's getting married all at the same time!
