So I decided to take the challenge. But I already have a gym memebership and I would think it would be a waste if I do not use it and work out a home. My goal is to gain weight and bulk up. I am planning on sticking to the phases of eating and their work outs. My idea was to just do what it says, like chest for one week break then back.
