how can i add maps to my lexus ls 430 model 2003 navigation system..?

actually i have recently bought lexus ls 430 model 2003, the car is imported from USA,, i live in UAE, that's why the navigation system is not working,, i should upload UAE maps,, does any body knows how can i upload maps that the navigaion system will work ? i want to avoid going to dealer cause i don't want to pay more money ...
