How can I add links in specific parts of an image?

Basically, I run a website and this Christmas I want to do an online advent calendar. So to do this, I am going to design an advent calendar like a regular one you'd buy in a shop and want to make each number a link to that day's advent treat. So to do that, I need to be able to add a link to each little window on the advent calendar. How can I do that? I make the advent calendar using Powerpoint and my website is a Blogger account if you need to know that.

So, to sum up I basically need to be able to add links to websites to certain parts of an image which is going to be on a website.

Please help.
